The Sanistål share is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.The share capital amounts to 11,923,784 shares at DKK 1 each corresponding to a nominal share capital of DKK 11,923,784.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 March 2011, the classes of shares (earlier A and B shares) were converted into one class of shares and the class of A shares was cancelled. In addition to this the nominal value of each share was reduced from DKK 100 to DKK 1.
Shareholders are recommended to register their shares in the holder's name to enable Sanistål to offer the best possible service to its shareholder.
