23,248 A-shares (unlisted) and 182,453 B-shares (ISIN code DK0010245661) in Sanistål A/S from personal ownership to ownership in the company SAST ApS.

The total market value of the B-shares amounts to DKK 85,855,083.68.

The company is controlled by Peter Vagn-Jensen.

SAST ApS holds hereby 23,248 A-shares and 203,903 B-shares.
